• Directed project scope, content priorities, and technical decisions
• Led event planning and strategic direction for a growing tech community
• Organized a workshop hackathon with around 60 participants and 15 sponsors

Full Stack Developer

• Developed core website functionality using Astro, JavaScript, and Firebase
• Integrated dynamic project and post updates from a CMS-like setup
• Built server endpoints for Firebase Storage and GitHub statistics
• Helped onboard around 80 members through website forms
• Authored an onboarding guide to help new contributors understand how to participate

Designer

• Created responsive, branded UI using CSS with custom styling and layout
